Message
We are the Legal Negotiation Study Group (aka Nego)! We are actively working to achieve a good result in a competition called INC! In the “Mediation” section, we use a codex called UNIDROIT and carry out a mock trial. In the “Negotiation” section, we aim to master the Harvard-style negotiation technique, which does not rely on bargaining. Our members were all beginners at first. You can join us even if you are already in other circles!
